Hey, I’m Isma!
My name is Isma and I tutor English to students ranging from primary to secondary! The main reason as to why I tutor is because I love working with children and seeing the positive impact that tutoring can have on children.
I am familiar with tutoring on a 1:1 basis as well as a 1:3 basis. I am very flexible in my style of tutoring therefore meaning I am able to accommodate the needs of the students that I work with!

- What’s your background? I am currently studying English Literature at the University of Birmingham and I am just going into my second year of study, which is very exciting!
- What’s in your fridge? Hmmm… It depends on the day! I think it is vital to always have a good chocolate cake or Victoria sponge cake in my fridge! I also LOVE strawberries – they NEED to be coated in chocolate though!
- What are your hobbies? As you may have already figured out, I absolutely love reading books! I read anything ranging from crime fiction to traditional novels! I also love keeping up to date with the latest films that are out; Netflix is my absolute favourite!
- What is a fun fact about you? I am a total thrill seeker and absolutely love going to theme parks to try out all the scary rides! My favourite theme park is definitely Alton Towers!
